Chicken / Yummy Padano Chicken

Grana Padano cheese is similar to Parmesan cheese but a bit softer, milder and smoother. This in combination with bacon and Knox's Yummy Chicken Dry Rub is a match made in heaven. This easy recipe for chicken will become an instant favorite.

4oz. Yummy Chicken $5.50

Ingredients:
2 Large Boneless Chicken Breasts
4 Slices Cooked Bacon, Crumbled
1/4 Cup Grated Grana Padano Cheese or more
Knox’s Yummy Chicken Dry Rub
2 Wood Skewers

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees

Lay chicken breasts on cutting board and cut a pocket into each one. Stuff with bacon and cheese.

To close poke skewer through both sides of chicken about 1/3 of the way along opening and then back through 1/3 of the way further down the opening.

Sprinkle with Knox’s Yummy Chicken Dry Rub and bake for 30 minutes.
