Vegetables / Glazed Caribbean Carrots
• 7 or 8 large carrots
• 1 Tablespoon Knox’s Salt Free Barabicu seasoning
• 2 Tablespoons Butter
• 2 Tablespoons Honey
Slice carrots into bite size discs and boil is salted water until tender. Drain and put in a bowl.
Melt the butter and add the remaining ingredients. Pour over carrots and toss to coat.
Serve warm. Enjoy!
