Chicken / Yummy Padano Chicken

Grana Padano cheese is similar to Parmesan cheese but a bit softer, milder and smoother. This in combination with delicious bacon and Knox's Yummy Chicken Dry Rub is a match made in heaven. This easy recipe for chicken will become an instant favorite.

Yummy Chicken $5.75

Ingredients:

• 2 large boneless Chicken Breasts
• 4 slices cooked Bacon, crumbled
• 1/4 cup grated Grana Padano Cheese
• Knox’s Yummy Chicken dry rub
• Olive oil
• 2 wood skewers
  

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees

Mix cooked and crumbled bacon with grated Grana Padano cheese in a bowl and set aside.

Lay chicken breasts on cutting board and starting along the side, horizontally cut a pocket into each one. Stuff with bacon and cheese.

To close poke skewer through both sides of chicken about 1/3 of the way along opening and then back through 1/3 of the way further down the opening.

Drizzle chicken with olive oil and sprinkle with Knox’s Yummy Chicken dry rub. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to rest a couple minutes. Serve with your favorite vegetable and or potatoes.
