Condiments / French Salad Dressing Recipe

This is what we make when we want Franch salad dressing. The recipes calls for ketchup, which I am almost certain, modern ketchup is an American condiment. Either way this dressing is tasty and only has ingredients you can pronounce.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup olive oil
• 2/3 cup ketchup
  
• 1 cup cider vinegar (white will do)
• 2 Tablespoons finely chopped onion
• 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 Tablespoon honey
• 1 teaspoon mustard powder
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1 teaspoon each salt and ground black pepper
