Condiments / Horseradish Sauce Recipe

We made a Horseradish Sauce for Steak but put it on hamburgers. Delicious! Makes 2 cups. This recipe is very tasty and if you this it out with milk makes an excellent salad dressing.

Ingredients:

1 cup thick sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup prepared horseradish (not horseradish sauce)
2 good size shallots or one small yellow onion, peeled and chopped
1 fat clove garlic, peeled and crushed
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 Tablespoon Honey or 1 Tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper or more

Directions:

Put ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use. Serve on steak or hamburger.
