In the shadow of Adkins style diets we bring you a popcorn preparation
that is not popular with nutritionists. This is a household treat
and breaks all the rules of dieting and heart healthy eating.
An excellent comfort food, we present Chipotle Popcorn.
We still pop corn in a pan on the stove but use whatever you
are used to. We do not recommend using a popcorn that
is already flavored.
Drizzle butter over popcorn and sprinkle a tablespoon or two
of Knox's Chipotle BBQ dry rub. Toss until evenly distributed.
Now you have a spicy, slightly sweet popcorn treat for the BBQ
lover.
For the health conscience:
Use lime or lemon juice in place of butter.
